Oakboard Mini 2 - Firmware Update

KEY UPDATES

• The Mini 2 requires this update to overcome an issue where some computers will power up the controller, but not receive MIDI notes from it.
• An email has been sent to owners of Mini 2 with a link to the firmware download. You can also download here. NOTE: Only for Oakboard Mini 2 (USB-C).

INSTALLATION

1. Install the Oaktone Firmware Loader in your macOS Applications folder and open the application.
2. Connect Mini 2 directly to your computer with the included USB cable, WHILE HOLDING THE STOP BUTTON.
3. Click the SCAN MIDI DEVICES button.
4. Drag the hex file onto the application or click the circle to locate the hex file in Finder.
5. Click the "INSTALL FIRMWARE" button.
